Designing Logos, Launching Brands

*Archived projects are examples of work from past campaigns or assignments that no longer live front and center in my portfolio. These projects may have been archived for a number of reasons (they were old, no longer showed my skillset, etc). But keeping them archived here makes them handy for quick discussions and case-study references.

PAPER STREET BREWING COMPANY, Logo & Visual Identity

I was approached by Robby Burns to create the logo and brand identity for the launch of his brewery Paper Street - named in honor of local Tri-Cities legend and author Chuck Palahniuk's book Fight Club. This project included tap handle designs, interior planning, menu design, and beer can designs.

MVMNT, Logo

San Francisco artist Andrew Perry and West Palm Beach artist Jorge Arocho approached me to create a logo for their apparel line launch, MVMNT (movement). The brand is now called MVMNT Productions.

JACKIE LOYOLA, Logo & Brand Identity

San Francisco artist Andrew Perry and West Palm Beach artist Jorge Arocho approached me to create a logo for their apparel line launch, MVMNT (movement). The brand is now called MVMNT Productions.

YOMO, Logo & Visual Identity

DEATH OF: TRAVEL & TOURISM CAMPAIGN CONCEPT & VISUALS

I helped create the brand identity for Amanda Stoker and her brand YoMo, a local Seattle business that offers skincare, yoga, and wellness appointments. Schedule some self-care ASAP at YomoSeattle.com

GUGLIELMO WOODWORKS, Logo

I created a logo and business cards for Stephen Guglielmo's woodworking business and online Etsy store.

“I’ve had Larissa create images and logos for two businesses, both times she’s gone above and beyond and nailed what I wanted. Plus she has great communication. She’s my go-to designer.”

— Stephen Guglielmo

WEEN INDIE, Logo

I created a logo and set of unique business cards for Melissa Jennings, a freelance web producer in based out of Seattle, Washington. The logo (and business name) was a personal shout-out to her two cats, Ween and Indie and a nod to her producer-esque talent of "hearding cats."

“Larissa is a wonderful designer who works hard and gets it. I love the logo mark and business cards she designed and I’ve received a lot of compliments on them. I would recommend her (and I have), to other people looking for a professional designer to UP their brand game. She’s brilliant.”

— Melissa Jennings

MIJO MOTORS, Logo & Brand Identity

I helped created the logo and brand for Mijo Motors, a motorcycle repair shop in Seattle, Washington.

THE FIRST LAST, Logo + Visual Identity

OLLIES GYM, Logo

Dan Montague approached me to help design a very personal logo for his weight-lifting and training business in Missoula, Montana, named after his super cute dog Ollie.

TEAM PHILLIPINES, Logo

In a former life I used to play banked track roller derby. So I was beyond tickled when I was asked to create the logo for Team Phillipines for their jerseys and team swag for international play.

COLSON RESEARCH, Logo

I created the logo and brand identity for Colson Research, headed by Shay Colson who is a full-time Cyber-Security Engineer for the United States Department of the Treasury.

“I needed a logo, but what I got was a whole brand identity, a business card designed with function in mind, and a partner in helping make my new business look good in print and online. Working with Larissa was an absolute pleasure, and I would recommend her to anyone. Her work is still the face of my company to this day! ”

— Shay Colson
